U Village outing...!

We headed over to the U Village in Seattle♥

It's my favorite 'outdoor' mall here but it's a bit far.

Well, no..it's not far.  It's costly! Now that they toll on the bridges.

It's a beautiful plaza with lots of fountains and a play area for kids.

エリカおばちゃんと一緒にシアトルのU VILLAGEに行って来ました。

Despite getting their early in the morning, the place was already packed with kids!

I guess all moms had the same idea.

I was a little nervous about eating out... 

We haven't done it since Luka has been born.

Kai was well behaved and so was Luka.

Phew!

外食は久々！

And of course..on the way home they both fell asleep.

もちろん帰りは熟睡。

"Daddy, let's play!"

「おい、パパさんよ！遊ぼう！」

"Hey Daddy! Let's play!"

Zzzz

また車の中で寝ちゃったよ。

Fell asleep in the car yet again.

Another day of baking...!

Kai is here to help.

I had James put on my apron so Kai wouldn't feel left out.

As Daddy and Luka looked on, Kai played in the Town Center water fountain.

It hit 80 degrees on Saturday!

Luka was figuring out how to wear his sunglasses.

I had a wonderful Mother's Day today♥

I was woken up by my kiddos and James this morning.

James let me sleep in....thank you and I love you guys!!

ちょっと派手だけどカイが気に入ってくれてるから嬉しい♥

I also went from blonde to purple/pink!

It's a bit crazy but Kai likes it!

Some more baking today--The kiddos love corn bread.

Kai helped me out while Luka was taking a nap.

お！草が塗れてない！

晴れが続いてたからやっとルカも草で遊べる。

でもちょっと嫌がってた。

Believe it or not this was Luka's first time sitting on grass!

It's always wet and muddy here in Washington..but with the consecutive dry weather we've been having, the grass was nice and dry!

His hair grows so fast, we would have to go back to the salon every other month.

At $25 a haircut, why not have daddy buzz it for free?

We kept my iPad in the bathroom in case he started fidgeting.

It worked!

Hi hair looks lighter and his hazel eyes are more prominent--I don't see any Asian in him!

I haven't been able to update my blog as much lately.

Both the kiddos are sick..

Kai had a fever a few days ago that came back briefly last night.

And now, I think Luka has major teething pains and he's feeling miserable as well...

I'm hoping they feel better by the weekend!

カイは月曜日あたりから熱が出ました。

直ったかと思いきやまた昨夜熱が出ました。

そしてルカもちょっと気分が悪くて、今ちょっと大変です。

週末には直って欲しいな～
