it's starting to get uncomfortable just walking and standing...o and commuting.
if i could, i would start maternity leave now... my bed is my best friend.

at least i'm pretty sure that's what it is...!

hematologist...?

really bummed today....

i was given a couple weeks to get my iron levels up!

so i changed my eating habits...i'm eating more red meat, green leaves, taking my iron supplements (with orange juice for better absorption). i stopped drinking coffee, milk and tea (upon research i found that these are iron blockers) and just overall checking everything i eat for iron... i honestly thought my results would be better.

but today my doctor called and said my iron levels haven't changed...

why isn't my body absorbing iron??!

so she made me an appointment to see a hematologist next week...a blood doctor.

i hope to find out WHY my iron is so low...and i hope the baby is fine :(

argh! no wonder i'm always so tired...

baked Kale chips...! yum!

so i've been told i'm very low in iron... :( need to bring those iron levels up!
(or else i'll need a blood transfusion and i really don't want that! EEK!)
i was chatting with Xine at work and she suggested i try some baked kale chips!
kale is very high in iron♥

i made a practice batch yesterday and tonight i'll make more :D

ya, i'm officially a waddler!
i waddle like kirby now!
my belly is getting huge and it's really stretched out...
and i still have about 3 months to go!

he's as long as an english cucumber!

about 13 inches...wowzers!
he's doing less punching and kicking now...more rolling around.
my tummy feels so stretched out...it's uncomfortable to walk or stand for a long time :(
