Double Pacifier

Kai and Luka never got attached to the pacifier.
But with Milo, it's a different story.

He NEEDS it all the time.

I'm trying to wean him off but it must be a comfort thing for him.

Well, one isn't enough anymore.

Another sleep series...

This one is so cute♥

It was one of those hot nights.

Just spread eagle...!

Luka will suddenly fall asleep....

He was lounging on the sofa.  We were talking.

Next thing I know, he's asleep...

This hasn't happened in a while.

Milo fell asleep during dinner.

This was tough...I still had to brush his teeth and bathe him so he wasn't happy about that...

Adjusting to schedule...

So this new schedule is great!

Kai is at school all week now...and Luka has 2days of preschool. (Wish they offered more days)

So when both Kai and Luka are at school, it's just me + Milo♥

We've been exploring the trails.  

A nearby coffee shop also has this cute train table set so I can sit down and have some coffee while Milo plays.  Works out perfectly!

We found GIANT leaves.  Are these giant or what??

Trails with Milo

So while Luka is in Preschool, we decided to take a walk and explore the trails.

Those cheeks...... *pinch*

We found a squirrel and followed it around.

He had a nut in his mouth...He went to a secret planter and planted the nut!

It was so cute.

Oooooh I love Halloween!

I get so excited when stores start putting out Halloween decor, etc.

We found this cool panda mask, perfect for our Luka Panda.

(I really call him Luka Panda at home because he's always rolling around...like a panda)

We checked out the new Amazon book store.

hmmm...I'm not sure I like is as much as B&N.

I really  miss Borders though...sigh...

Luka doodles

Luka has moved onto animals!

He's been drawing dogs lately.

These are so cute♥

I would buy a plush version of these.

The spider-looking thing is the sun.  and the small circles next to the dogs are clams.

He told me "The small clams are gonna chomp on the doggies head."

I have no idea where that came from but creative nonetheless.

Luka's first day of Preschool ♥

Today was a big day for Luka.

He started Preschool!

He'd been looking forward to it all summer♥

At the beginning of each year, we have to put together a small 'book about me'.

I finally finished it the night before.

I love these--the teachers laminate it and bind it for us and we get to keep them at the end of the year.

Of course I still have Kai's books from the previous years.

Patiently waiting for the door to open.

Signing in.

He immediately chose story time.

I left after this and he didn't cry or anything.

Had some after school fun in the playground.

Milo joined too!

It was a great first day and a beautiful day too.

We're looking forward to tomorrow!

First day without Kai...

Well, now that full time Kindergarten is in session, Luka and Milo spent all day together.

We ran some errands and visited a couple parks.

I was worried about Kai though.

Wasn't sure how he was going to be when he came off the bus but he was super happy and in good spirits!

He immediately went to hug Luka and said "I missed you Luka!"

Luka missed Kai all day too...

This was precious♥

And of course a hug for baby Milo too.

It was a fun filled day for Kai.

He even ate ALL of his lunch!
