Family Christmas Tree 2017 ♥♥♥

Prepping for our Christmas Tree!!

A fun time -lapse of our tree!

This is our storage box we keep in the garage.

It has our tree and ornaments.

As soon as James brought it up, Milo jumped onto it and claimed it!

Last year, Milo was still a wee baby.  But this year, he helped us with decorating the tree!

I couldn't stop laughing when I noticed he was adding ornaments to the same branch over and over!

I later went solo shopping and found some awesome ornaments for myself.

My recent love for narwhals (and unicorns) has grown into an obsession...and I was over the moon when I found 2 narwhal ornaments! They were the last ones too!

Kids Workshop! (Christmas Tree Ornament)

So every month, Home Depot has a Kids Workshop event at their stores.

I decided to take the big boys to their first workshop today.

They even got an apron to keep!

Unfortunately, I forgot my phone at home so I couldn't take photos of the actual workshop.

But the kiddos did great!

They hammered, glued and decorated their ornament!

All made out of wood!

Here's the results.  

There's even a slot for putting a photo in!

You also get a pin for every workshop you attend.

How cool!

Some kids had close to 100 pins...I had no idea about this event til now so I plan on taking them more often!

Next week is the 'Gingerbread House' event so I plan on taking them!

Looking at toys

Stores are in Christmas mode!

I decided to get Milo the Tigger car.  He then found an abandoned toy shopping cart, which he proceeded to put his toy in and push around for the remainder of our stay.

In the end, we left it at the registers but he kept grabbing it again and again.

He wanted to bring it home ^_^ but we already have our own shopping cart toy!

Play date!

With the rain returning to our area, we decided to go on a play date last week!

(Partially to get an idea of what they might want for Christmas)

Luka wanted to try on my sunglasses and I couldn't stop laughing!

He loves books which is great!

I'm glad he's taken an interest in it earlier than the other boys♥

When Daddy wants to relax, Milo is there for him.

Milo got his hat on backwards but it's ok!

And I realize he has a pacifier in every photo...I try to take it out before taking a picture but for Milo, a pacifier is a comfort thing.  Our pediatrician and dentist both tell us it's ok for him to still have it so...if you're judging...please don't!

And some nights, Milo will wake up crying -- so I bring him into our bed.

He loves to take up the entire space...James and I are hanging on the edges.

It's so cute though!

We ordered it through Kai's school book order.
