Awesome sunny fall day!

What is this weird streak of nice weather we're getting?

Usually it's windy, rainy and gloomy by now...

Honestly though, I'm over the sun... I want rain back!

We dropped off Luka at the hatchery--they had a field trip this day.

Took a long walk to a coffeeshop....

...And played at a park♥

Milo loves this train structure.

He pretends the wood chips are food.

Every time we see this giant blue door he tells me a monster lives behind it.

Alakazam!

I made Milo a magic wand.

He likes to say "Alakazam!"

Hanging out by the creek--I saw a salmon swimming up the stream!

I was worried they would cry but guess what?

Neither one cried!

Yup, even Milo didn't cry.

He winced a little but he was a strong big boy!

We went down to a 'secret' creek to explore the waters!

I didn't see any salmon today.

I'm sure throwing rocks into the water didn't help...

Next time we'll bring some boots!

Milo is definitely the loudest in the house...

We watched Nightmare Before Christmas and surprisingly it didn't scare Milo.

He loves the Halloween song at the beginning.

Kai started soccer!

He seems to be enjoying it...but this class is a more "friendly" class.

I'm wondering if I should enroll him in a more competitive class...?

Luka completes puzzle!

So Luka has been working on this 300 piece jigsaw puzzle for a few weeks now...and he finally finished it!  All by himself!

He didn't want any help and he didn't need any.

It took a few weeks so we had to deal with puzzle pieces all over the dining table but it's done now!

So proud of him!

So with both Kai and Luka in school now....Milo and I get to do some fun things together!

Like...hang out at the coffee shop!

We also went to the library to check out some Halloween books to prepare for the upcoming holiday.

Wooo!

Milo picked out this book and was reading it the whole stroller ride back.

Halloween Crafts!

We are so excited for Halloween!

We got some fun crafts--Here we made some Halloween bracelets♥

Some Halloween blank books for drawing.

They had fun making these faces.

We found some silly hats♥

These were little plastic sheets you can color and when you bake them they shrink and harden and can be made into keychains.

Luka decided we should make them into tiny ornaments instead and but them on a black Tree!

I get so excited when I see Halloween decor.

Milo was so excited to see this giant Jack Skellington at Target today.

In an attempt to catch up with my blogging...here are some things that happened these past couple weeks!

Milo loves to eat a whole apple.  Not slice...WHOLE!
