Milo's drawer

So funny...all of my kids have done this now.

I remember when Kai did this too.

I used to make origami crafts a lot as a kid.

So I decided to make some for the kids...

I remember the crane, balloon, ninja star, frog...and this one!

It's Slime Time !

It was the craze a few months ago and the kids kept asking and asking for some slime.

So I decided to finally let them try it out.

I got a slime kit and we made some!

Luka was mesmerized!

Kai was the who really really wanted to try the slime.

But guess what? As soon as he touched it, he didn't like it.

He said it was gross and too sticky and wanted it all off!

Luka loved it though.

I even made some for myself.

Slime is kind of fun!

Swimming Lessons 2017 ♥

Luka's first swim class!

He absolutely loves it♥

He couldn't kick properly at first because he wanted to watch his legs, so he curls up and kicks.

It's so cute.  Also, whenever he's on his back (back float, back stroke) he seems to fall asleep.

The teachers were laughing about it and really, I can't blame him ^_^

Kai needed a refresher so he's in the level 2 class again.

It's been an awesome sunny streak for weather so it was perfect timing!

I can't believe it...Kai lost his first tooth!

It's been wiggling around for a few days.

We were at the supermarket yesterday when I ordered a coffee.

The barista gave the kids a free cookie.

Kai was eating the cookie...and by the time he finished it, his tooth was gone!

We couldn't find it anywhere...

I'm thinking he swallowed it.

Nevertheless, we wrote the tooth fairy a note about it and he got his money♥

He's also super excited about it.

He keeps reminding me his tooth fell out ^_^

And of course after we got home, I ended up with a bug bite.

Every since I was a kid...I was always prone to bug bites.

I'm not sure what it was but it was a giant mosquito bite (?) on my butt.

I wore pants...how did I get a bite there???

Indoor Camping

Super cool tent yea?

I got this on clearance for $6.

It came with a tent, a sleeping bag and a flash light!

We set it up inside the house and they loved it!

I'm thinking of taking it to my mom's so we can put it up in their backyard♥

Milo decided he wants to start wearing a backpack too, so here he is!

And of course, Luka eventually claimed the tent for himself.

He would zip up the doors and sit inside.

Then he did this... What a goof!

Then he requested that I take a picture of his head and a hand out.

He is so silly..... And check out those sausage arms and fingers ♥

He will forever be my Panda.

Disney Summer Play Days -- Drawing Spider-man ♥

The Disney store has a summer event almost every year for kids.

Every week there's a new (short) event and the kids get a freebie.

This year, they are giving away Disney patches!

This week is Spider-Man (Luka's favorite) and the event was 'Learning to Draw Spider-Man'.

Kai did a great job! 

Luka did great too!  He got creative and drew extra squiggles.

And there's our freebie--A Spider-Man patch!

We missed the first 4 weeks of the event but I plan to take them to the rest.

Next week is Jackson Storm, from the new Cars 3 Movie!
