Beach Pop-up Tent!

Speaking of IKEA, we found this awesome pop up beach tent!!

I've been wanting one all year.  It's a half tent for shade and perfect for parks and beaches.

No building necessary...just toss it and it's done!

And it easily folds up like so.

We can't wait to use it at the beach!

Backyard exploring at Grandparents

In this heatwave, we needed to do a double bun.

Harvesting mini tomatoes♥

Luka loves to pick them off and eat them.

(Funny how he doesn't like to eat tomatoes at home but he'll eat the garden ones)

Doesn't get any better than a kiddie pool and some dirt!

Uh oh..he's got a stick and a shovel!

We brought over our tent for some backyard camping.

They are enjoying some Popsicle.

Indoor Camping

Super cool tent yea?

I got this on clearance for $6.

It came with a tent, a sleeping bag and a flash light!

We set it up inside the house and they loved it!

I'm thinking of taking it to my mom's so we can put it up in their backyard♥

Milo decided he wants to start wearing a backpack too, so here he is!

And of course, Luka eventually claimed the tent for himself.

He would zip up the doors and sit inside.

Then he did this... What a goof!

Then he requested that I take a picture of his head and a hand out.

He is so silly..... And check out those sausage arms and fingers ♥

He will forever be my Panda.

Tent play !

I love it when they get along and play for hours.

It's not always like this though..sometimes they fight and yell at each other.

O boy...I feel like crazier days are to come!

It's Luka and his new favorite hangout spot!

I haven't been able to update my blog as much lately.

Both the kiddos are sick..

Kai had a fever a few days ago that came back briefly last night.

And now, I think Luka has major teething pains and he's feeling miserable as well...

I'm hoping they feel better by the weekend!

カイは月曜日あたりから熱が出ました。

直ったかと思いきやまた昨夜熱が出ました。

そしてルカもちょっと気分が悪くて、今ちょっと大変です。

週末には直って欲しいな～

new toys...!

ん？何の音？

誕生日に挙げた船のテントが大き過ぎてママは2階の子供部屋に置きました。

すると次の朝、階段から「おいっしょ、おいっしょ」って聞こえてきた。

見てみるとカイがテントを部屋から出してリビングに戻そうとしていた！

よくもこんなに大きいな物を....

So the pirate ship tent that we got for Kai was huge. I decided to keep it in his room upstairs.

then the next morning i heard grunts coming from the stairs...

Kai was hauling the tent back to the living room! 

i was actually impressed...that thing is big and should be heavy for a 3 year old!

カイは「フットボール」って言ってた。

ああ～たしかに似てる。
