BUSY SUMMER Part 20

FOOD!

We rarely go out to eat but that one time we went to Ohana and Milo tried chopsticks.

This is my food post from the summer!

We went back for more bubble waffles throughout the summer♥

We also love MOD pizza!

The one place we can get a Japanese dessert crepe.

So so delicious!

Milo loves to jump off everywhere!

New coffee roastery in town!

A new Coffee Roastery opened up in town so I wanted to check it out!

Not only do they serve coffee but a full on food menu too!

We tried one of their sandwiches.

We found this cute rock with paintings on it.

And I picked up  a few Halloween plates.

Getting dinner ready!

They each picked out their "own" plates.

The skeleton is Milo's, Monster is Kai's and Frankenstein is Luka's.

Now I need to remember that...

Using a spoon to eat some yogurt...

O boy...that got everywhere.

RICE!

Rice is always a problem...The grains are sticky and when he touches his hair, it's just stuck.

Immediate bath.

Learning to use the chopsticks...?

No, he was using them as drum sticks.

O well...

The kids love Japanese curry.  It tends to get quite messy for Milo though....

Milo is a big eater!

For how small he is, he eats well.

He had his first yakisoba♥

久しぶりに作りました。

Sometimes his hair will hang down to his eyes...so I need to pin it up.

Fall time

O lookie!! They have Fall decor out!

We arrived at Kai's preschool a bit early so we checked out the pumpkins and haystack.

Food time!

I had to pin up his hair because it's getting long and into his eyes.

He has the weirdest cowlick right in the center...

I wish I caught this on video...

I gave him a small piece of rice cracker and he attempted to feed himself.

At some point it disappeared from his hands and stuck onto his cheeks.

He had no idea what happened and was SO mind boggled about it, the expression was priceless.

And here he is upset that it's gone when it's just stuck on his cheek.
"Where did it go~!!??"

Milo is a pro-roller now!

He'll roll onto his tummy as soon as I put him down.  

He might even start crawling soon!

Family get together for my Grandmother ♥

We had a get together for my ailing Grandmother.

Unfortunately, she is not doing well... We decided to gather on Sunday since her niece (my second aunt) is in town from Japan.  

My mother put together an amazing lunch for us!

Sashimi, sushi rolls, baked salmon, etc.  

Too pretty to eat!

I will try to visit my Grandmother as much as I can...but it's hard when my car is still in the shop :(

I can't tell you how much I dislike our rental car right now...
