2016 Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 6 ♥

Day 6 is Goofy!

He's dressed in a marching band outfit.

We opened the other boxes too before Kai's school

Luka opened up a Daisy Duck vinyl.

And for the Lego we got a snowmaker (?)

The Lego advent calendar is very strange...But I'm sure in the end it will all come together.

First snow/hail of the season !

Well the weather report was right this time...we got some snow!

It started out as hail.  By the next morning we were getting snow and it stuck to the ground for a little bit.  Quickly turned into slush but it was still exciting!

2016 Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 5 ♥

Day 5 is Tinkerbell♥

The kids are getting used to opening the calendar.  

Luka knows to open only ONE door now.

He got an ornament today.

And Kai built a sleigh today!

We saw Moana in theaters today♥

We loved it! I fully enjoyed it as an adult and the music was really good♫

We found this cool candy machine.

As we were leaving I decided to get a photo with this pretty Christmas tree right outside.

We also got our first snow/hail today!  It was cooooold !!

2016 Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 4 ♥

On day 4 we got Baymax!

He comes with a santa hat and a string of lights.

CUTE!

Luka got little Marie (from Aristocats).

And Kai got another Lego dude, this time holding a trumpet (?).

So on Day 4 we got:

We opened Day 3 of our advent calendars!

Baby's (Milo's) First Ornament !

Well today we headed out to Toys R Us and they had cute cute cuuuuuute ornaments♥

We picked out Milo's first ornament.

He loved it so much he held onto it the whole time and even cried when I had to take it away to pay for it.  Here he is happy to have it back.

2016 Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 2 ♥

Ok, so Day 1 was chaotic.  Decided not to take a video this time but photos.

We got a Simba plushie wrapped in poinsettia♥

Luka found door #2 in his vinyl calendar.

And Kai found door #2 on his Lego advent calendar.

Day #2 was:

Lego Guitar girl with a helmet (?)

2016 Christmas Advent Calendar - Day 1 ♥

Official countdown to Christmas has begun!

I've never opened an Advent Calendar before and this year we have a whopping 3 different FUN advent calendars to open!

There's a Plush Tsum Tsum calendar, a vinyl Tsum Tsum calendar and a LEGO advent calendar.

Day #1 was a bit chaotic...I only got to video a portion because Luka wasn't understanding that we only open door #1 today.  Crying ensued...  You'll see in the video.

James bought this one for my birthday last month and I'm so happy to be able to open them finally!

So day #1 was:

Lego snowmen

Oswald plushie wrapped in a wreath

Minnie mouse vinyl

How fun!! I can't believe I've never opened an advent calendar before.

The kids are already excited for the next day.

It's that time of the years when we start receiving more than usual amounts of package deliveries.

And with that comes bubble wraps!

Crafting

So I started making some felt ornaments for the kiddos.

I have a large pile of felt from stocking up years ago...Decided to get crafty♥

One for each!

Decided to hang it with their stockings this year since I got plain fluffy ones.

Standing and Climbing !

Milo is a fresh 10 month old and he's crawling and climbing!

This is super early for us.  Kai and Luka were delayed in this area.

I'm thinking Milo might even be walking by his first birthday!

Doctor visit

Waiting in the doctor's office.

Kai needed his eye checked and Milo was due for his second half of his flu shot.

Leaf ornament

So Luka is obsessed with our Christmas tree ornaments at home.

So there's this planter tree outside of Kai's school and Luka decided to add a 'leaf ornament' to it.
