Exploring the creek!

So lucky to have some sunny fall days!

We went down to a 'secret' creek to explore the waters!

I didn't see any salmon today.

I'm sure throwing rocks into the water didn't help...

Next time we'll bring some boots!

Water day ♥

What a scorcher!  It was up to 93 degrees on Sunday....Wow! And it's only June...and wait, Summer hasn't officially started yet! Whaaat?!

Luka was loving the water fun...but Kai, not so much.

Not sure why..he always had fun here but this day, he didn't feel like getting too wet.

This guy starts Swim Class soon.... He better start getting used to the water!

Temperatures are cooling down this week...I hope so!

Although I love the heat, our home does not.

Our bedroom is on the top floor and heat rises...so it has not been pleasant.

And I refuse to buy an AC!

プチプールで遊びました。

でもこうしてみるとかなり小さいな～。

もっと大きいプール買いたいね。

It's unbelievably hot...I'm actually very miserable these days.

Our house just traps heat throughout the day and it's too hot to be outside!

Luckily we have a big yard we can play in at my mom's house.

We got the kiddie pool out, one that I bought for Kai a couple years ago.

Looking at it now though, it's so small!

I think we need a bigger one.

It's supposed to be hot all week...again!

So I'm guessing we'll have some pool time next week also.

Played with the water table on our patio.

This weather is insane...!

We've have consecutive days over 80 degrees...even over 90 degrees!

Normally I would love it but this year, I'm just not feeling it.

I miss the rain and the temperature in the 70's.

普段はこういうお天気は好きなんだけど、今年は本当に嫌。

いくらなんでも暑過ぎ！シアトルの雨は何処へ行ったの？

もっと涼しいお天気に戻って欲しい。

Water Table Fun ♥

Auntie Erika is helping us build our new water table!

She's much stronger than I am...and those screws were hard to get it!

It was the perfect day for this toy!

Pretty sure it got close to 90 degrees...so HOT!

Without warning, Kai fell asleep.

at first he didn't want to play at the fountain. 

he remembered that he tripped and fell last time!

but he got over it and had some fun♥

楽しそうに遊んでたよ！

でもはしゃぎ過ぎて2回大きく転んじゃった。

本人がビビッたみたいで、もう「嫌だ！」って。

着いてすぐ...「水バイバイ！」

もう～！せっかく暑かったのに！

結局水遊びじゃなくて普通に公園で遊びました。
