Book orders are in!

Every few months we order books through Kai's school. 

Scholastics Book orders.

Our books came in this day and all the kids were in a reading mood--including Milo!

Milo even fell asleep with a book on his face!

Reading!

The kiddos love to read! and I mean all of them!

Kai loves to read of course and he's a great reader--and now Luka picked up on reading!

He can already read full books! (He looks up to his brother♥)

And of course Milo is trying to read now too.

This was a couple weeks ago when the kids were all a little sick with a cold.

Reading is always a great at-home activity.

He even fell asleep with his Moana book.

O, and I wanted to share this cute doodle.

Milo days...

He loves books which is great!

I'm glad he's taken an interest in it earlier than the other boys♥

When Daddy wants to relax, Milo is there for him.

Milo got his hat on backwards but it's ok!

And I realize he has a pacifier in every photo...I try to take it out before taking a picture but for Milo, a pacifier is a comfort thing.  Our pediatrician and dentist both tell us it's ok for him to still have it so...if you're judging...please don't!

And some nights, Milo will wake up crying -- so I bring him into our bed.

He loves to take up the entire space...James and I are hanging on the edges.

It's so cute though!

Scholastic Book Order forms!!

I was ecstatic to learn that Scholastic Book Orders still exist!!

It's a monthly flier with a whole bunch of awesome books for awesome prices.

Everyone knows what it is...and I'm so happy it's still going on!

I'm hoping for a book fair too at some point.

Our first order!

I got books for Kai, Luka and Milo.  

It's gonna be so much fun growing our library.

dentist and new books...!

Kai had his first dentist visit on Tuesday!

we found a great pediatric dentistry in the area.  the waiting room was filled with toys, like this giant pink pig!

the dentist ladies were all so nice and even sang to him while polishing his teeth.

obviously he cried a bit but he still did great! 

good job kai!

先日カイが初めて歯医者さんへ行きました！

もちろん泣いたけどみんな優しくて、歌を歌ったり、カイと遊んだり！

でも歯がきれいになったね！そして虫歯にならないようにママもこれから頑張らなきゃ！

cleaning up some clutter around the house, James had a few DVD's he didn't need anymore...

so we took a trip to Half Price Books and sold them.

In return, Kai got some great baby books!

まだお引越しの荷物がなかなか片付きません。。。

DVDは特にたくさん持っていて、ちょっと整理してみました。

５～６本位処分してもいいのを見つけて、本屋さんで売りにいきました。

そのお金でカイちゃんに絵本を買ってあげました。

he was even reading them in the car on the way home.

帰りの車の中で読んでる。。。うふふ

and again when we got home!

そして帰ってからも読んでました。

so i was browsing around Borders yesterday.
i wandered into the children's books and found this!
it's a whole series called "Ivy & Bean"!
hahhaah! so cute!! it's like ivy & mame~!
