mi-mi-mi-mix...!

Kai found a box of blueberry muffins...so we baked some today!

He really loves this stuff.

And he likes to mi-mi-mi-mix the batter with me♥

This is a travel blanket.  It rolls into a pillow with a handle and it unrolls into a super soft blanket!

I originally got this as a Christmas gift but decided not to wrap it.

We will be putting this in our car.

Kai has outgrown his newborn swaddle wraps...

so we went to shop for a bigger size.

yay! we found these really cute OWL ones♥

owls are becoming really popular these days--there was a complete owl (girl) bedding set at Target!!

but i think we'll stick to the dino theme for kai... Owl theme for mommy♥

a visit from Mari...♥

she was afraid to hold him because she didn't want him to cry.

funny...i was the same way too even while i was pregnant!

i was afraid to hold other babies...but now i love it!

そしてエリカおばちゃんがやっとKAIちゃんを抱きました！

最初は緊張でなかなか赤ちゃんを抱かなかったけど、今日は平気だったね。

でも気持ちはわかるよ。赤ちゃんって泣き出すとちょっとコワイよね！

let me tell ya...there are so many cribs out there, it was almost driving me nuts just to pick one out! they have different sizes, different functions, quality, etc.
oof....
but we settled with a simple and not too large crib.
it also turns into a toddler bed for when he gets bigger!
yay i'm so excited! i think we'll build it next weekend (i LOVE building furniture)
as for the bedding...we're gonna scope around.
i saw a few cute ones..like super adorable bedding sets, but i want to make sure i find the one i love!

and of course on our way out of the store, i spot this owl outfit...
