O my goodness....So much has happened and life has been SO busy that I haven't updated this blog in almost a month!

Luka: "I want to eat that." *points at a picture*

Me: "What is that?"

Luka: "A cracker.....but it's too crunchy for me. I don't like crunchy. I like soft foods."

Me: "Only soft foods? Like cheese? and yogurt?"

Luka: "Yogurt is not soft Mommy.  It's squishy."

Me: *laughing* "Oh! hahaha"

Luka: "But you can't squish it with your hands.  You can squish it with a spoon."

Me: "Yea, that's right!"

Luka: "And not with a fork. Only with a spoon."

We're driving in the car on our way to pick up Kai.

Luka remembers our day at the mall with Auntie and starts talking about it.

Luka:  "And Auntie was driving in Baba's car, not auntie's car."

Me: "Ya, that's right. Auntie's car needs to be fixed."

Luka: "So she was driving in Baba's car.  And Baba has white hair."

Me: "Hahaha yes, she does!"

Luka: "Baba has white hair and I have black hair and Auntie has black hair and you have..black hair,"

Me: "Yes, we all have black hair.  What about Jiji??"

Luka: "Umm...he has no hair.  Just a head.  Just little hairs on his head."

I was going through some old photos and I found a cute photo of me and my sister from the 80's.

I'm probably around 7 and Erika is probably around 4.

Me: "Do you know who this girl is?"

Luka: "I don't know..."

Me: "It's Mommy! It's me when I was a little girl."

Me: "That one is Auntie!"

昨日はスーパーでお買い物。

クリスマスの飾り物がまだあり、白い雪の飾り物を「サンタのヒゲ」と言うルカ。

大笑いです。

Conversation with Luka ♥

A conversation about monsters.

The conversation started well before I started recording.

Luka was just talking and talking for a good 15+ minutes.

He's talking about the monsters from some of the Halloween shops we visited...and some of it are made up stories about monsters.  He's so funny!
